About Recipe

Wow your family with this velvety smooth and vibrant soup with a hint of chilli. It is an ideal starter for lunch or dinner and can even be had cold. Carrot adds body to the soup and gives a lovely texture. Orange zest pumps up the citrusy aroma. . Dunk some toasted croutons and enjoy as the flavours explode in your mouth with every bite.

Ingredients
Carrots - 12 Nos (medium sized)
Oranges	- 2 Nos
Ginger  - ½ inch.
Chili(deseeded) - 1 No.(small)
Salt -  As required
Fresh cream - To decorate
Oil - 1Tbsp         
Method
  • - Saute ginger and chilli in oil.
  • - Add the carrots, salt and water/vegetable stock and cook.
  • - Remove ginger and chilli and puree the carrots.
  • - Thicken the soup with corn starch over the stove. Add orange zest.
  • -Add orange juice, Fab oil soluble Orange Premium and Fab oil soluble Chilli premium and stir.
  • - Serve with toasted croutons.
